Work with individuals to improve their health in a simple and attainable way. By gradually introducing healthy eating habits and living practices specific to their body and lifestyle, assist clients take control of their health. With various programs designed with specific goals in mind:
• Provide clients with holistic health consultations with an emphasis on improving daily wellness and quality of life
• Develop custom care, nutrition and wellness plans for clients in the areas of weight loss, energy rejuvenation, and overall well- being
• Provide ongoing support and improvement plans that encourage adoption of habits conducive to a higher quality of life
Deliver personalized health coaching in various topics including physical activity and movement, nutrition, weight control, stress management, and self improvement and discovery by using motivational interviewing to help people change their behaviors.
