Education
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Fine Arts at Dickinson College. After a corporate career in Human Resources, I switched gears to Health Coaching and Education. I earned my Certified Tobacco Training Specialist Certification through
Rutgers University, in May of 2015. I became certified as a Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach through the Centers for Disease Control in 2016, followed by my Certification as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition also in 2016. In June of 2018, I became a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching. I am currently working my way towards a Masters in Health and Wellness Coaching.

Through lots of study, trial and error and experimenting on myself, I healed my dependence on sugar and other comfort foods. I realized that I could help others find better wellness too! I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Health Educator with over 20 years of experience. I help Wise Women (or anyone who needs it) lose weight, quit smoking, manage stress and prevent disease. We work on reaching wellness goals slowly but surely, so it becomes and remains part of your new lifestyle. We use wholistic principles including Mindfulness, good nutrition, sleep, physical activity and more to get to a Well Fed Life.
