As a Board Certified Integrative Health Practitioner and Health Coach, Marnie teaches busy women and teens how to implement sustainable, healthy habits into their lifestyle to create a happier and healthier life.
She helps women attain the energy, vitality, health and anti-aging qualities that they seek, by identifying and addressing the root causes of dis-ease in the body. After a very thorough lifestyle assessment, Marnie empowers women to make gradual, sustainable lifelong changes in nutrition and lifestyle through a highly personalized plan. Marnie will help you remove toxins and rebalance the body so you can look and feel your best.

Marnie recently co-launched The Art of Living Well Podcast which she created with a co-host to empower people to live their happiest, healthiest and most authentic life. Each week they bring inspiring and motivating conversations covering health & wellness topics including fitness, mindset, food, travel, product reviews and strategies from a variety of experts including our own bank of knowledge.

MARNIE’S PATH TO A ZENFUL LIFE
Marnie has been interested in health and wellness from a young age. Before she became an Integrative Health Practitioner, she was (and still is) an entrepreneur, wife and mother of three teenagers. After about 20 years in business, Marnie decided to take her passion in wellness to the next level and she obtained multiple health and wellness certifications. These include an Integrative Health Practitioner certification (Level 1 and 2), a Holistic Health Coach certification, a 230 hour yoga teacher training, a Yoga Calm\u00ae teacher certification in addition to a gut health training and a mindfulness/meditation training. Combining all of her knowledge and passion, Marnie founded Zenful Life Coaching as a way of changing lives using a powerful combination of integrative health, yoga and health coaching. Zen means “calm and restful” – it’s the serenity and confidence you achieve when you let go of what’s holding you back, so that you can create a brand new reality. When you take small positive steps every day toward a healthier future, you are on your path to living your Zenful Life.
In her free time, Marnie enjoys yoga, running, biking, hiking, skiing, water sports, travel, reading, photography, spending time with family and friends and learning new things.
