Possible reasons why people lack exercise


1. Medical conditions

People with certain medical conditions may not be allowed to exercise as exercising might result to be more of a hazard to them than a form of therapy. This includes those with mental or psychological disorders that just prevents them from working out.



2. Imbalanced lifestyle


These people are either overworked or have so many things to do for others they end up having little time for themselves. They end up devoting so much of their day doing things that they deem necessary or priority they end up thinking of exercising only the rich and privileged can do. They got their priorities mixed up and they've put exercise at the "optional" list.


3. Lack of time management skills



"I have no time for it" is often the reason people have for not exercising at all. While some of us literally don't have time for exercise you'd be surprised at how many people just have bad time management skills.


4. Not fun enough


People have a tendency to do whatever keeps them entertained and some people simply don't find exercise to be fun. They see exercise as way to get yourself exhausted just to lose weight and nothing else. Of course this is far from what exercise really does for our health but it's too bad they don't see it the way we do.


5. Laziness



Most will deny this and probably make up an excuse or two but the ultimate reason why people don't get exercise is because they're just too lazy. They have time, they're not sick, and they don't have any real priorities in life but they chose to not exercise anyway. Don't be like them.

These are just some of the many reasons why people can't find the opportunity to get a good workout. There are ways to get out of situations like these but that's for another wellness milestone.
