For me, professional development is personal.
After struggling with workaholism and burnout for over 10 years, I was forced to take a hard look at my life and reevaluate my priorities when I was told I might have cancer.
What started as a personal quest to get healthy, find work/life balance, and conquer my own insecurities has become much bigger than I ever could have imagined.
I discovered who I really am, learned to love and accept myself, and the freedom that comes along with that. I learned a new way of being in the world, new perspectives that changed my approach to leadership, and consequently, found my purpose in life.
My mission is to help leaders step into who they really are and confidently show up in their personal and professional lives like never before.
