Bio
Dr. Milot is a doctor in Therapeutic Counselling. He has over 30 years of experience in the mental health care field, hypnotherapy and life coaching. Dr. Milot is schooled in the Carl Rogers 'Client Centered Therapy' (helping relationships). He is also disciplined in martial arts, Zen meditation, and is a Tai Chi and Pranayama (breathing exercises) practitioner. Dr. Milot is a level five graduate (Ph.D. level) in the rare 'Eastern / Western Spirituality' teachings of 'The International College of Spiritual and Psychic Sciences' based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He is also the first in Canada to be certified as a 'Guided Afterlife Connection' counsellor.
