As a Holistic Wellness & Life Coach, Amy provides high level coaching to clients who want to improve wellness habits, to shift limiting beliefs, patterns and stories to reduce stress and create the life they truly desire. Her process is focused on accountability, empathy and support.
There are a variety of specific health related areas which Amy supports. These include: eating, exercise, sleep, water intake, supplementation, digestive health, peri/menopause and energy improvement. Other topics include confidence, time management, prioritization, boundaries mindset and self talk.
Amy provides 1:1 coaching as well as group coaching through her membership program.

I help women over 35 go from overwhelm, stress and burnout to confident, calm and having time for the things that really matter with the Someday to Today Solution (memebership program which includes monthly group coaching sessions).
