Bio
I, Dr. Niesha Cherry, have always loved helping others. I started off as a classroom teacher. I taught elementary school, middle school, and novice teachers. When my mother got sick with breast cancer, I started doing my own research about the disease and how to avoid it, get better from it, etc. and I learned it has a lot to do with your overall health and wellness.
Shortly after my mother passed, and I decided the stressors of my current job was not helping my health or happiness and life was too short for that. I decided to get certified to teach yoga and I started my own yoga company, Niesha Cherry Yoga, LLC. I then got certified as a health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and added another business venture, Cherry Blossom Health Coaching. I also provide products for self-care like organic sugar scrubs, candles, essential oil bath salts, essential oil rollers, and body oils because I feel that self-care is essential for holistic health.
I also earned my personal training and group fitness certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). So, my business is holistic, helping people gain holistic health.
Now I am a cohost on the #1 International Women’s Health Show, “In Her Ear” Talk Show via the Mogul Channel. On this show we talk about various things that affect women’s health, how to recognized signs and symptoms, the mental health aspect, and how to holistically help yourself avoid, cope, or get better from the health issue.
Outside of my holistic health business, I am also the owner of Cherry Bottom Swimwear, a boutique swimwear company that provides swimwear for all body types. And finally, I am the owner and operator of Niesha Cherry Notary Services, LLC. where I provide notary and notary signing services for my clients.
My goal is to be here for my clients and customers in as many ways as possible!
My Ideal Client
My ideal client is a woman, aged 30-50, who is busy and has little time for herself. She struggles with finding time to exercise, eat healthy, and to practice self-care. She often overeats and emotional eats because her emotions are all over the place and she has no clue how to manage them. She is constantly putting everything and everyone else ahead of herself all of the time and has not found a balance that suits herself because she feels guilty when she does.
