Bio
Margaret is a Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach, and Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP).
She earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing in 2013 from Roberts Wesleyan College, certification for Holistic Health Coaching in 2020 from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and her Level 1 certification as an Integrated Health Practitioner under Dr. Cabral in 2021.
After being misdiagnosed and treated for epilepsy from eight to 18, Margaret's eyes began to open up to a bigger picture. She quickly turned to nutrition, whole foods, specific supplements (nutrients and minerals!), medicinal herbal therapy, exercise, and guidance from a health coach. Over the next several years, she found healthy, natural ways to thrive. In 2017 Margaret was bitten by a tick and soon began to decline in health once again. After four years of persistence and perseverance, a doctor diagnosed her with three tick-borne infections, starting her Lyme journey.
People naturally began to ask for her help with their health challenges, nutritional questions, and wellness endeavors as time went on. As an RN, Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach, and IHP, Margaret has fulfilled her passion for supporting people in overcoming their health challenges, achieving their health goals, and thriving in life.
